"Pacemaker replacement Cardiac department ward"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Cardiology

Thank you so much for all the kindness, help and professionalism that all staff showed my mother (aged 92) when she attended yesterday to have her pacemaker replaced. The service was exemplary in all respects. Mum thought that all the staff were lovely and made the experience she wasn’t looking forward to much more bearable than she was expecting. Even the sandwiches were nice!

She has asked me write this for her and would be grateful if you would pass the message of thanks onto the staff involved in her care.
