"My 1st visit"

I was in severe pain and decided to call 111, as I refused point blank to attend my dental practice ( they found it hard to take a tooth out and never filled my filling in correctly). I was referred to the dental hospital and even though, I was petrified to begin with, the staff made me feel at ease, I went in and the receptionist was ok, I was told it would be a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind I just wanted this tooth out. I was seen shortly after by a nice lady who told me it was definetly going to be taken out, I explained that my dentist was suppose to fill it for me, I ate a sweet and it crumbled apart, shortly after I was in the waiting room again after having my x ray and a male dentist was doing the extraction. It was so quick, painless, even and he was so good I couldn't believe it, they are brilliant in here, so polite and I hope every last one of them, go on to be even greater dentists, god knows we need them.
