I was asked when admitted if I would leave a review, which I agreed to; so for my whole stay I kept an eye out for things to criticise, but honestly it was on the whole a flawless experience.
The staff were super friendly and were always the ones to initiate a handshake, which I appreciate because I never know what to do when meeting new people.
The cleanliness was immaculate, and I work as a cleaner so I would know! I did spot some dust in obscure places but that’s completely forgivable, dust is a pesky thing and it’s always going to be somewhere.
The one and only problem was that after the operation I was brought Tea when I asked for coffee, but the nurse rectified the issue immediately. It wasn’t even an issue really, more like a first world problem.
On the whole a very pleasant and welcoming environment, so much so in fact that I’m leaving a review which I never do! So kudos BMI, whatever you’re doing, you’re doing it right!
Also the surgeon was clearly a very skilled man and although the area is still a bit swollen it seems like it will heal aesthetically; so my respect goes out to him.
"Faultless!"
