"It is still chaos"

About: Southend Hospital / Urology

I recently attended an outpatient appointment to see a oncologist.First I saw the registrar who had no compassion and just spoke like a recorded message,then after being left in a room for another hour with 2 students who were obviously uncomfortable the oncologist made an appearance and gave me a whole 5mins as his last patient took up too much time....pathetic!!!.Ive since received 2different appointments for the same day one hour apart so obviously that’s not going to work.ive received appointment for chemo even though they have,at my request, referred me to The Royal Marsden.As before no one listens or considers my opinions or wants to help.....it’s just “ this is how we do it and that’s it”.... no flexibility at all.If I can’t get in to the Marsden I fear for my survival as I do not believe Southend is capable of keeping me alive.The service is amateur at best.
