About: The Crest Family Practice

I am happy with the service I receive from Crest Family Practice. The doctors I’ve seen take me seriously and listen to my issues. I don’t visit that often but when I do I can usually get an appointment when I need it. The last non urgent appointment I had, managed to be booked in under a week which is an improvement on the past where I’ve had to wait nearly 3 weeks. The only issue I do have is sometimes it is really difficult trying to get through on the phone and sometimes it will just hang up on you rather than keeping you on hold which is frustrating when you’ve been on hold for a while.

Thank you for posting such positive comments about the whole team.

We work very hard at Crest to ensure we give a personal service and it is always good to know that we are getting it right. We changed our appointment system nearly a year ago so that we have a combination of on the day and routine appointments and our aim is to keep the wait for a routine appointment to no more than a week.

With regards to the phone we are in the process of changing the phone system which should happen early June and this will address some of the issues getting through
