"Excellent service and care of my father"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

We were most impressed by the excellent service and care given to my 86 year old father who spent two weeks in the Evelyn Ward (orthopaedic) in February 2018.

The staff were compassionate and kind and nothing was too much bother for them.

They treated my father and the family with nothing but dignity, respect and kindness. The visiting times (11 am - 9 pm) were so helpful and enabled the family to visit and help nurse as much as we could.

Thank you for making my father's stay so bearable!

Thank you for this delightful feedback which we received first thing on Monday morning. Great start to the week. I will share it with the Evelyn team.

I am so pleased that the extended visiting hours were helpful. We thought very hard about this change so I am glad we made the right decision for your family.
