It is so hard to make an appointment.you can't pre book appointments with a GP even though the hospital who took my x-ray said I must after 10 working days.Something that should be so simple to do was impossible.
The people who you speak to on the phone aren't helpful at all and seem to have an attitude problem.They seem to like to make it as impossible as possible to stop you from seeing a doctor.
I recently managed to get an appointment and was horrified when overhearing a member of staff saying "oh that was hard work" after talking to someone trying to make an appointment who was obviously struggling to understand the ridiculous system to everyone in the waiting room.
Get yourselves together white lane surgery,you are going down hill rapidly.Not a friendly helpful place it once was!
