Around 3 weeks ago I was suffering from severe head aches, eye pain and sensitive to light, firstly being admitted to Forth valley Royal Hospital A&E Department they discovered a large ulcer in my right eye. From there I was told to attend an appointment that evening at Falkirk Community Hospitals Emergency eye clinic, where Dr Lavy and his fantastic team carried out tests, eye scrapes and began treatment. I was admitted from there to Forth Valley Royal Hospital B31 ward for 3 days round the clock treatment.
3 weeks later while still attending the community hospital at Falkirk I am I hope on the road to recovery, with many visits still to come I imagine..What I witnessed at Forth valley hospital and Falkirk community hospital was incredible commitment for patients. Certainly from what I seen was nurses and doctors going above and beyond for the care of there patients despite the heavy snow we experienced that particular week.I would like to say thank you to each and everyone of them for what they did not only for me but everybody they aimed to help that week and every weekThank you you all have been incredible
"Fantastic treatment despite unfavourable weather"
