Recently joined the surgery by filling in a form online to save time- ended up having to fill in all the same information again as they did not have any record of my online form.

Asked doctor for a prescription- went to collect prescription but it had not been printed out. They couldn’t give me prescription as they needed a dr to sign it but all drs we’re out! Was told to come back later and if I wasn’t coming back she wouldn’t bother rushing to get it signed (bearing in mind I requested prescription over 2 weeks ago)! Rude and unhelpful reception staff I was also left waiting at the desk for 15 mins whilst 3 of them were sat behind there!
