The reception staff are not respectful enough. I’ve had to move surgeries. I am supposed to attend the practice every 21 days for a review and picking up a prescription but that seems very impossible due to the lack of respect and organisation. I have now started suffering from side effects due to not receiving my medication on time. My family and I do not get treated with enough dignity, I don’t understand why some people find it difficult to have basic customer service. I am truly disappointed with the service.
