"Great Surgery"

My husband and I moved to this surgery about 2 and a half years ago and we have not had any problems. The automated check-in service has been functioning on every visit. I have found the receptionists to be helpful and polite both in person and on the phone. The surgery is conveniently located next to a pharmacy which in my experience doesn't take too long to prepare walk-in prescriptions.

I have always been given appointments with the same GP and she is great. I have only given 4/5 stars for appointment availability as I have sometimes had to wait for an appointment to have bloods taken on days where there is only one nurse doing it and all the slots are booked. This is a minor point however and it is unrealistic for any patient to think there will always be an appointment on the exact time and date they want it.
