"Department Dr needs to stop telling patients to..."

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital / Rheumatology

Due to 20 years of problems I had hoped that the doctor would have at least read up on these issues. He did not.

He repeatedly told me to shut up during the appointment, getting more irate each iteration.

He said "you have a problem x, we should have a scan', I said 'what about the last one?' he said 'what last one?', I said "the MRI scan that was ordered for me on my first appointment with your department".

I felt insulted, I felt attacked, I felt mistreated and I felt very upset at such a horrible appointment.

A formal complaint is now being made as insulting people is not appropriate behaviour.
