About: Good Hope Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

15th March day care centre for arthroscopy.

Although the admission was rather chaotic due to no beds!!! I would like to say thank you to ALL staff right from Day care reception, admin, through to admissions nurses, anaesthetist, recovery staff and ward 14 staff everyone was fabulous, very cheerful, very helpful, respectful, attentive, informative, couldn't be better.

Also the food surprisingly was good too, beef casserole excellent as was the cheesecake.

Thank you good hope you have more than five stars from me.

And thank you to all the staff in the above departments who where amazing.

I hope you will pass on my appreciation please wish I could give names.

I am sorry that your admission was chaotic; however I am pleased that your overall experience was positive.

I shall forward your posting to all the relevant teams, including the Catering Manager so they are aware of your experience and ask that it is shared with the staff.
