I think there needs to be a rethink with the blood test clinic as not enough seats when busy and if you sit outside you can't here your name if there was something as simple as a ticket merchine and a display out in the reception area this would alleviate alot of stress

Thank you for your feedback - we know that at certain times of the day, especially in the mornings, our blood testing clinics can be really very busy indeed.

We know that the team is looking at potential solutions that will make it easier for people, but this may take a while to test and then implement.
