"Have been calling to get a new perscription for..."

I have been trying to get through to the Zinnia Centre several times now over the past few weeks.

My Mum's medication has finished so i called about picking up a new perscription. They took my number and said they will call me back.

This was now 3 weeks ago.....

I have called several times since (after work at 4pm) Phone was ringing for 1 and a half hours with no answer.

This has happened to me 4 times since. I have been on call que 4,3,2, and 1 and the phone is never picked up.

Due to this my Mother has become extremely ill and had now been without medication for 1 month now.
