"Rude reception staff"

I tried to make an appointment for my mother, who had tried earlier in the day. I was asked to phone back after 2.30pm. I had to dial 19 times before I got through and then I was 11 in the que. Once I got through I asked for an appointment and was given one, then I was asked what it was for. As I tried to explain the receptionist cut me off mid flow when I raised my voice to say Can I finish please she told me Can I not shout and may she remind me that these calls are recorded, with which I repeated twice more Can I finish what I was saying please, when she eventually finished she gave me the appointment. Then she phoned my mother to say she had spoke to the doctor and he would not see her, my Mum explained again why she needed to see a doctor, the receptionist supposedly spoke to the doctor again and the doctor agreed to see her, she then told my Mum that they will not prescribe medication for emergency appointments, and said this again when we arrived. The doctor we saw was lovely and prescribed 3 lots of medication. Unfortunately I haven’t got the name of the receptionist but it’s not the first time I have found her to be rude and I know other people who have said they find her rude, she should not be in a job where she deals with people as she has 0 people skills.
