"A quick thank you"

I would like to say a quick thank you to the lady who saw my Autistic daughter today, we were taken through very promptly by reception and the person who dealt with us had such a calm and caring beautiful manner, very considerate towards my child's anxious manner and made us all feel at ease whilst providing exceptional healthcare for a minor injury. I came to the felixstowe general hospital from kirton with 3 children after the school run and all of them commented how nice the staff were.

Not the first time visiting, have also attended for cut heads and removal of stitches following a child's open heart surgery and I can honestly say every time I cannot fault the help we've been given at a time in need.
