"Chaos"

After trying for days to get an appointment I was told about the walkin surgery between 1-30 and 2-30 on Mondays and Thursday's. I arrived for the Thursday one at 1-10 and was told to sit down until 1-30. The waiting room was filling up fast and there was now a queue at 1-25 that was out of the building. People started to go to the desk to register at 1-30 and there was chaos. People who had just walked in we're registering before the people who like myself had been waiting . People with prams parked all over making it like an obstacle course getting round them and the infirm with walking aids. The man behind the desk was ALONE the whole time .What a disaster this surgery was .The only way to do this is the number system where you take a ticket and follow the numbers. One patient said she had taken her son to a previous surgery and was not seen until 4pm. One patient was in with the doctor 40 mins ,longer than a normal appointment .

Total chaos do not attend these surgeries. This centre has gone from BAD to WORSE
