"Shocking service"

Honestly appalled at this centre ! Considering they’re dealing with mentally ill people you’d think they’d be a bit more organised and consistent with appointments. Also follow up after therapy is shocking and the manners of some staff leave a lot to be desired. They change my appointments left right and centre and aren’t consistent at all ... I was last seen in October ... due for my next appointment in February but I’m not being seen till July .... over 6 months for an appointment when my mental health is that urgent and bad they send me away with the crisis number every time I visit 🤬 I feel like I’m not a priority at all and nobody actually cares

We are sorry to read your feedback and this does not sound like the service we want to deliver. ?If you can contact our Customer Relations team on 0800 953 0045 then they will investigate and liaise on your behalf to make an appointment. They will also be able to look into your follow up therapy, if you can tell us a little more about this. We always hope that you will not need the crisis number but it is something we aim to remind people of, just in case.
