"Excellent patient care from GP practice"

After my mum was still quite unwell after discharge from hospital and had a suspected DVT, the GP provided excellent care in the way she treated my elderly mum. She fitted my mum in after her usual slots and went over and above in sorting out the issue and subsequent treatment for her. I was extremely impressed by her warm, caring and professional attitude.

As my mum had been in an acute hospital for six days with little information about her medical condition and subsequent care, it was a welcome relief to be able to discuss my mum's medical concerns with a Doctor who was willing to listen and sort things out. It has restored my faith in the NHS!

I would also like to mention the nurse who has provided excellent treatment for my mum and treated her with care and compassion, in a friendly and professional manner.
