"Not good enough"

About: Valentine Health Partnership

79 year old telephoned for appointment waited on phone for 20 mins then while talking to someone got cut off, tried to call back but no luck. Got on bus to clinic showed bruises and splinters but told no one could see her she came back home on bus then tried to remove some splinters herself. Chemist recommended anti histamine cream but it barely helped. She has early signs of dementia and depression. She just wanted help in getting splinters out. She may need a tetanus jab or something. If staff had looked at her needs and. Injury they could have helped - but didn't.

She has to return tomorrow for walk in. RUBBISH care and concern. Shame on unhelpful staff she is nearly 80!!!!!!!
