"Thank you for excellent treatment I received..."

I visited A&E department yesterday , after I had burnt my face with boiling hot soup !

I was in a lot of pain and the staff were very very kind to me . I am a nurse so I know the stresses the nurses & other staff have . I was very polite to the receptionist and asked could they give me something for my face , the kind lady got a sister immmendiaty and took me though to green area . I know people always complain , but I wish to thank the staff very much for how they helped me yesterday . The sister in green area and other staff were very professional , kind , caring and excellent treatment .

I try not not to burn myself again !
