I attended with a swollen and painful foot, was quickly registered and examined

by one particular staff member, who diagnosed a possible break. X-ray followed quickly, and the break was confirmed. I was immediatetely fitted with a boot; the virtual fracture clinic was explained and I was booked in.

I was treated efficiently and with courtesy by John and by all others encountered, diagnosed and treated quickly, and was on my way about 90 minutes afte arrival.

Would like to thank this staff member and all others met today. My experience was very good with all staff working cohesively, and I really felt at the centre of patient centric treatment.
