I do find it very sad and upsetting when a miserable nurse comes to help me. I really don't understand why they have to be so unpleasant.
They are at work, they are representing the NHS and should be professional. Sometimes they just moan about how busy they are, how overworked and how awful everything is.
They make me feel like I am a nuisance. I really don't think this is right.
