I booked a cervical screening last week and got through straight away on the phone and was offered an appointment for the next day. I opted for this week.

I just wanted to write to say thank you to the nurse I saw today for my cervical screening.

She made the whole experience almost a pleasure, she explained exactly what she was going to do, the results process and was just lovely.

I was so worried and worked up about having this procedure and I needn’t have been bothered.
