I have been under the care of this practice for some years now, and whilst having some very serious health issues, they have always gone above and beyond in understanding and explaining various treatment routes. This is a busy surgery and that is a testament to the doctors and all the staff there. Unfortunately I can no longer drop in to see the practice nurse, but that is due to some patients abusing the system, and that is a shame. If you have the sniffles or a splinter in your finger that does not justify to my mind going to see the practice nurse. I owe a lot to the doctors and staff at Bannockburn, they have been incredible, and whilst working under a lot of pressure, still maintain a friendly and professional approach.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Many thanks for your kind words which have been shared with the wider practice. We are a busy surgery in an area with medical medical needs and with some vulnerable patients, however, we all strive to do our best for our patient population.

We have 3 fabulous nurses working with us who now do a mixture of chronic disease and acute illnesses along with the routine nursing work, hopefully this should help to better care for our patient population, but sadly, we simply do not have the resources to have our walk-in services any longer.

It is a pleasure to look after your health and we hope to do it for many years to come!
