What I liked

staff were very professional, polite, kinds and smiling. This is very important as it makes feel the patient comfortable and at ease. I was having an operation and i felt so relaxed, calm and treated so well that I wasn't worried at all about the operation. It was a very pleasant experience and thank you to all doctors and nurse who looked after me, well done you doing very well!!!

Thanks for the feedback - we're so glad that you felt so well looked after. One thing on which you are absolutely right by the way - for many staff, such surgical procedures are a matter of routine. But for the patient, it can be one of the most worrying times of their life. A simple smile, being calm and reassuring - none of which costs a penny - can make a world of difference. Although it's the experience our staff aim for every time, we know that they will still be very happy to read what you've had to say.
