What I liked

I had to take two of my children to A&E this week; on Monday my 2 year old had a strangulated hernia and on Tuesday my 8 year old had fallen on broken glass. All of the medical staff were professional, kind, thoughful, lovely to the children and thorough in the care they gave. I couldn't have asked for much more. I love the fact that children now have a separate A&E department. My younger son got a teddy bear, a balloon and his own TV/DVD player to watch. My older son got a balloon, a certificate and a sticker. It was like a party (but sadly with a medical basis). Brilliant! Thank you so much for everything.
