"New registration to fill a script"

This practise was recommended to me by my housemate. I have visited it three times and still have not been able to see a doctor. I filled in the online form, rushed over to the practice after work, as I'm unable to take time off only to be told the form isn't the correct one and the receptionist doesn't have time to go over a newly completed one. I rushed there again the following week to be given an appointment for a week later. Upon arriving for that I assumed I was seeing the nurse and then a doctor, saw a nurse and was told to phone on Monday for an appointment. I just need to fill a prescription, how difficult can this be, seriously!!!!! I have enough pills for a week, after that I'm in trouble.
