I have been a member of this surgery for close to 30 years and I have the highest respect for the doctors and reception staff.

With the pressures put on surgeries due to funding etc , no surgery will be perfect. However in my experience if I have had an issue every effort has been made to resolve it. I know the worth of this surgery as I deal with my 85 year old mum's surgery which is in a different Trust. I dread calling or having to deal with them. I live in hope that they can one day provide the same level of service that I get at Bannockburn !
