"Long Term Condition Continuity"

About: Cranleigh Medical Practice

I have the greatest of respect for the Practice, however there is one area which bothers me.

I have Addison's Disease as a result of Bilateral Adrenalectomy for the treatment of Cushing's Disease.

Unfortunately, there have been many associated health concerns in regard to this.

The issue is I do not have GP continuity.

Even though I have an allotted named GP I am never able to see them.

I end up seeing different doctors every time I visit . They don't know me and I don't know them and have to repeat myself so many times.

I do find this so frustrating and does not help my peace of mind going forward.

I am sorry you feel there is a lack of continuity in your care.

Where possible we will book you an appointment with your named or chosen GP but this may not always be possible, especially at short notice.

If you would like to discuss this please contact the practice.
