I used the app to book a phone appointment. This happened only half hour later and an appointment was booked for the next day. The phone conversation alleviated all worry and the appointment was at a convenient time.

The doctor was friendly and interested in getting me the best treatment. I have had eczema my whole life and no dr has ever told me the proper way to use the steroid cream. I now know and he has also offered a way to wash my hands that will not make my skin worse.

He has also suggested keeping a diary to work out when my conditions get worse.

All of the above hopefully means I will need to visit the GP less and make living with my eczema better.

We are also pleased to read that you found the online access system easy to use. The entire team work extremely hard to offer a service which is caring, accessible, efficient and safe.
