"Fast and efficient"

I used the app to book a phone appointment. This happened only half hour later and an appointment was booked for the next day. The phone conversation alleviated all worry and the appointment was at a convenient time.

The doctor was friendly and interested in getting me the best treatment. I have had eczema my whole life and no dr has ever told me the proper way to use the steroid cream. I now know and he has also offered a way to wash my hands that will not make my skin worse.

He has also suggested keeping a diary to work out when my conditions get worse.

All of the above hopefully means I will need to visit the GP less and make living with my eczema better.
