I had my first ENT appointment on Saturday February 18th, The appointment was for 4pm, I am a nervous patient so waiting all-day was a bit of a pain until I received a phone call at 8.30 that Saturday morning asking me if I could go in 'now as the clinic was empty, I was there within the hour and seen straight away by a team of very friendly helpful and cheery Nurse's. They put my mind at ease! The Consultant was equally friendly and helpful and after a brief chat my fears were laid to rest, He was very good at making me feel less nervous. He told me I would need surgery and I was ushered of to the Pre Op department. So all in all I was seen and had a Pre-Op within an hour. Now hoping the wait is not too long for the surgery.
