"Poor Communication"

After being treated at BMI for a back problem i had, i was waiting for my follow up appointment which never arrived. I called up to book my appointment only to be told the DR i saw had now left and taken my notes with him. So i was back at square one. I was then told they would get back to me with the name of a new back specialist for me to see, they never got back to me. Very poor service considering this is private healthcare!
