"Poor patient service"

About: Unity Health

Virtually impossibnle to contact the surgery on the phone.

Husband called 60 + times!!

I have spent a morning on & off trying to get through. Some reception staff can be abrupt and unhelpful.

Haved closed a surgery without consulting with patients, I understood there was a process of contacting patients involved to inform them of surgery closures (I may be mistaken).

Can never make an appointment to see a GP in advance, often a nurse will call you back to make the appointment with whom they see appropriate.

If you don't answer the phone you have the ordeal of trying to phone the surgery ...aaahh.

Trying to plan around school and work hours is a nightmare so you can't be organised.

The on-line form that you are encouraged to complete often doesn't include why you need to see a GP.

You also have to put details why you need the appointment, so personnal concerns have to be documented in black and white.
