"Don’t waste your time"

Appalling service, rude customer service by a receptionist. Waited over 2 1/2 hours to be seen with countless people who came after me being seen before me.

The nurses on shift here seem to take over a 30 minute break after seeing each patient (I’m aware some paperwork needs to be done but not to that extent). They are incredibly rude and blunt and have no decorum when speaking to a patient.

Don’t come here, I’d rather have waited for a GP appointment where I would at least be treated with dignity and respect
