"Professional, kind and caring"

We joined the practice in November '17. My husband has 3 major health concerns - Diabetes, emphysema and dementia.

At one visit to the surgery in January,he became ill and the Dr called an ambulance.

Both he and the reception staff showed extreme care and professionalism. They reassured both my husband and myself and were kind and caring.

Since then my husband has seen the diabetic specialist nurse and this week the COPD specialist nurse. Both these medical reviews were at the suggestion of the practice. On both these occasions, he was treated with respect and information given clearly, ensuring that he understood.

It is both refreshing and reassuring that this practice demonstrates a caring and professional attitude and this makes patients feel valued and well looked after.

The reception staff are always polite and willing to help.

We use the patient access system to reorder medication....never a problem and text reminders for appointments are very useful.

An excellent medical practice in all areas.
