About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Everything went really well and could not be faulted!

I was taken on time, introduced to the Advanced Nurse Practioner who was carrying out the procedure, support nurse and a nurse in her second year of training. (Kirsty, Margaret and Laura)

All the staff were friendly, chatty and professional ensuring I understood what was being done and if I had any questions.

Whole procedure took less than 30 minutes.

Well done Forth Valley - your service was gold standard!
