(as a service user),

I wish to thank the nurses for their excellent care tending to my wounds caused by a severe burn to my foot.

The nurses made me feel at ease with their professionalism and attention to my needs. I wish to particularly thank Pauline for her dedication and care as she was on duty for most of my appointments.

I am grateful for all nurses help during the healing  process and highly commend them for all their great work and dedication.
