"Poor personal experience"

My personal experience of us Core Care Family Practice was a very poor one. I was dismayed that I couldn’t discuss my test results with a GP for 3 weeks, leaving me worried and unsettled about issues that had been flagged up. The attitude of the reception team was lacking any compassion and I felt fobbed off as they had already decided I didn’t need to see a dr within a reasonable timescale without any consideration for me or the situation.
