"A pleasant experience"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I recently had an operation to remove a mole from my arm.

It was day surgery in the small op area at Forth Valley Royal Hospital at Larbert.

I was taken on time and the op was done by David the Specialist Nurse.

He was so kind and kept talking about all sorts of things all the way through.

We even had a laugh about a few of them.

Apart from the initial injections I never felt a thing and within 30 minutes I was walking out.

The nurse with him was Angela and she was great as well having a bit of banter between the two of them.  Took my mind off what was going on.

Thank you to both of you for making the experience a pleasant one.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with the team. It is nice to hear that you felt your experience was a positive one at what can be a very anxious time. I hope your wound is healing well.

Thanks again.
