I was admitted to day surgery last week. From the start the staff were extremely helpful, calming and professional explaining exactly how the procedure was going to happen.   Both the anaesthetist and surgeon explained fully what was going to happen.   The after care staff were also superb - checking on me regularly to see if there was anything I needed.   My praise goes out to the  Staff at NDDH.   Thank you for your care and concern.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us and it is pleasing to know you were well cared for during your day surgery last week. I hope you are recovering well from the procedure.

It is always an anxious time when you have to come into hospital and I am glad that all the staff reassured you and you were kept informed of your treatment.

We are lucky in North Devon to have such dedicated staff to look after our patients.

I have forwarded on your kind comments to the Manager of the Day Surgery Unit where they will be warmly appreciated and shared with staff.
