I received a letter inviting me for a NHS Health check, attended the appointment today and was provided with an excellent service.

The staff was exceptional and friendly. a number of checks were carried out and they not only took the time to explain each one but gave additional advice on various steps to take to keep healthy.

At the end of the assessment I was provided with a 13 page document - Physical Activity For Health, Exercise Advice Information.

Overall, a great service, great staff and I am lucky to be a patient at such an outstanding practice.
