"Poor performance and poor attitude"

About: Lakeside Healthcare

Health monitoring clinics now conducted by telephone apparently- even with very elderly stroke victim who can barely talk in person let alone on the phone. Insulin dependent, no care at all have to chase for a yearly review. Very short sighted in this area,

Physio appointment asked for checked weeks later as to progress to be told not arranged and I would have to wait another 10 weeks, Asked to see a doctor to be told no, can't book an appointment. Practice too big now and patient touch lost. Shocked yes, surprised no.
