Just to say that Dr Radley helped me and listened to me and was good and Louise Kandler is the best, she understands and does the most to help you by the book.

They are both good workers and the staff when you first go in (Oli) treat you with respect.

We have been able to feedback to Dr Radley, Louise and Oli your comments and they are appreciated. Treating clients with dignity and respect is really important to us as a service so it's encouraging to hear that in your case we have got that right.
