"Waited over 2 hours for a 5 minute procedure"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I had to go there for a gastroscopy and I was given an appointment time of 2.30pm but when I got there I realised several other people had been given the same time so I ended up sitting there for over 2 hours for a procedure which lasted 5 minutes. I realise that hospitals are busy places but I do think they could be a bit more specific with the appointment times.

The nursing staff were all wonderful people and all seemed very busy and friendly and all are doing a wonderful job and did their best to make me feel relaxed

I would have liked hem to say that they were looking into making the appointment times a bit more specific but I am pleased someone responded
