"Staff attitude"

About: Devonshire Green Medical Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

After dealing with the staff over the phone and at the centre I feel they are in desperate need of at least some kind of basic training on how to deal with patients. This mornings episode left me shaking whilst sat in the reception area. The receptionist I dealt with I found abrasive, argumentative and it wasn't myself who was seeing the doctor, I was accompanying my son who is a victim of mental health issues. I would be happy to discuss this with someone, please get in touch.
