My wife was taken in to an X-ray booth by a member of staff.
He asked my wife to put her chin on the machine rest but she found it too high. She repeatedly asked him to lower it but he completely ignored her. Also when the procedure was finished he walked off leaving my wife struggling to get off the chair.
As a result of all this she is left with a chronic back pain which is worse than when she went in.
