I came to the unit for the first time ever having injured my left wrist. From the clerking in by the kindly receptionist , to the efficient and quick X-ray , to the excellent nurse who explained everything well as we went along , the service was excellent in every way possible. Thankyou so much for your care .

It is wonderful to hear that you received an excellent service when you attended the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at Bideford Hospital yesterday. It is good to know that all the staff were caring and everything was explained to you.

I am sorry you had cause to visit the MIU and hope that the injury to your left wrist starts to heal quickly.
