"Very professional and caring service"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

I recently had to use this service, which for probably obvious reasons was never likely going to be a pleasant or fun experience, however, I was really satisfied with how helpful the reception and admin staff were right from the first phonecall. On the day of attendance, I was very upset and anxious and felt I was treated with huge amounts of patience, understanding, reassurance and care from all the team involved. As I was particularly upset, the doctor and nurse also called in another member of staff to spend some time talking to me, which was such a huge help. They really took good care of me and helped make a very difficult experience much easier to cope with. Am very grateful. Thank you.
